Where we ship

Klarven currently offers delivery to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. If checkout cannot provide a shipping option for your address, contact us before ordering.

Free standard shipping

Klarven offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Standard shipping is $0 at checkout. Any applicable taxes, order currency, and total are displayed before payment. Free shipping covers outbound standard delivery; it does not include return shipping for a change of mind or size, customs duties, or import fees.

Order fulfillment and delivery

We work with third-party fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping. Products may ship directly from our partners and may originate outside your destination country. We do not represent every item as locally stocked. Processing and carrier transit are separate stages; a label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Any processing or delivery estimate provided for your order is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guarantee. Transit can vary by destination, supplier availability, carrier conditions, and customs processing. Contact us before purchase if you need the item by a specific date.

Shipment delays and cancellations

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, or within 30 days of a properly completed order when no shipment timeframe was stated, we will notify you, provide an updated shipment estimate, and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law. This is a shipment standard, not a promise of delivery within 30 days.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If tracking does not update or an estimated delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address before payment. Contact us immediately if it needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins. For a missing parcel, damage, or an incorrect delivery, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. A tracking scan alone does not prevent us from reviewing your claim.

Customs and import charges

Cross-border parcels may be inspected by customs. Any applicable import charges included in your checkout total will be shown there. Additional duties or import fees, if assessed by the destination authority and not collected at checkout, may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

These policies do not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where applicable law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
