About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or use the Klarven online store at klarven.com. The store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the necessary permission from a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading content.

Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Colors may appear differently across screens. Garment measurements and sizing notes on the product page should guide your size choice. Lifestyle illustrations may include props, pets, or accessories that are not included; the product description states what is included. Contact us before purchase if an option or set configuration is unclear.

Website content

Branding and original website content belong to Klarven or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Customer reviews and submissions

Reviews must describe your own experience honestly. Do not submit misleading statements, unlawful content, or content you do not have permission to share. Contacting support does not, by itself, authorize us to publish your name, photos, or message as a testimonial. We will request permission where needed before publishing customer content.

Third-party services

Links or payment options may lead to services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Including a link does not imply that Klarven controls that service.

Errors and availability

We may correct a genuine error or temporarily suspend website access for maintenance or security. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and will not impose a higher price or substitute a different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the affected payment.

Responsibility and customer rights

The website is provided for shopping and product information. Product safety instructions must be followed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms for future website use. The terms and purchase policies in effect when you place an order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Material changes do not retrospectively remove existing purchase rights.

Your purchase

These terms govern purchases from Klarven at klarven.com. Review the product description, selected color and size, shipping information, and checkout total before paying. Your order confirmation records the items and price ordered; shipment is subject to availability and successful payment processing.

Prices and payment

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. We do not request payment-card numbers or security codes by email.

Availability and product options

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a product or charge more without your agreement. Pets and pictured accessories are not included unless explicitly listed. Contact us before purchase if the contents of a “set” option are unclear.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains fulfillment, charges, tracking, and delays. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, cancellations, eligibility, refunds, and return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Fit and safe use

Compare the garment measurements with a hoodie you already own before choosing a size. The pet pouch is for close, supervised moments with a small pet that fits comfortably. Keep the face and airway clear, support your pet with your hand, and stop use if the pet is uncomfortable. It is not a restraint, vehicle safety device, or carrier for cycling, driving, or strenuous activity. Follow all safety information on the product page.

Order problems

Contact us with your order number for incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing items. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Consumer rights

No term here overrides non-waivable consumer rights. We do not require arbitration or waive your right to seek remedies available under applicable law.
